10am How to Win Patients and Keep Them For Life
The secret
to a long-term successful practice begins with having plenty of very satisfied
patients to build your office's patient flow, and in avoiding "negative"
referrers who damage your practice's reputation. This course helps you understand
what patients really want from your practice and how to exceed their expectations
and create "missionary" referrers who will find new patients for
you through "word-of-mouth" advertising.
